Andy Lam

Mr. Lam brings over 12 years of investment and financial advisory experience to Pontem. Preceding Pontem Energy, Mr. Lam served as a Vice President at JDH Capital, where he focused on private equity investments. During his time at JDH Capital, Mr. Lam was responsible for investment due diligence, transaction execution and monitoring of investments within the private equity portfolio. Prior to JDH Capital, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at BlackGold Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Lam was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank and was responsible for developing financial analyses and strategic presentation materials for corporate transactions. Mr. Lam graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an MBA and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
