Scott Grahmann

Mr. Grahmann has served in various management and financial roles in both upstream and midstream companies since 2009. His most previous role was Executive Vice President of Accounting, Finance and Administration for Palmilla Energy Management LLC and Black Bear Midstream LLC, an Oaktree Capital Management private equity backed natural gas gatherer and processor in Northwest Louisiana. Prior to Palmilla and Black Bear, Mr. Grahmann served in various accounting and finance roles at Halcon Resources Corporation, BHP Billiton Petroleum and Petrohawk Energy Corporation. Prior to entering the oil and gas industry, he spent six and a half years in public accounting with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in the audit practice. Mr. Grahmann holds a Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration, both from The University of Texas at Austin and he is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
